Sharon Mackay

Coaching Profile/Biography: Sharon trained with, and received her coaching accreditation through Relational Dynamics 1st in June 2023. She is also a professional Actor and Intimacy coordinator who has worked across film, TV, Theatre, Musical Theatre, Opera and Ballet to ensure that intimate content is handled with professionalism and care.
Sharon is a qualified mental health first aider, and due to her creative practice, focuses on creating supportive environments in which possibilities can be explored with curiosity and openness, with wellbeing at its heart.
