Coaching Profile/Biography: I am a qualified RD1st coach. Originally from Newcastle now based in London. I have over 20 years of experience working as a Movement Practitioner in Theatre and the Arts.

I hold a Masters in movement studies from The Central School of Speech and Drama and have studied and worked with the body all my life.
I work very holistically with actors, dancers, singers, students, corporate clients and artists to create excellence in performance, bring a deeper awareness to communication skills or to release their creative flare. I am passionate about how artistic practice can ignite new ideas and open up creative pathways. I draw on my theatre practice as a coach and love to work with people from a variety of disciplines and expertise.
