Judith Stephen

Coaching Profile/Biography: Judith has over 30 years’ experience training and working in the creative industries, finding huge satisfaction in helping people work towards becoming the best version of themselves.  

Cultivating productive teams, encouraging groups to find a strong sense of team and community, and supporting individuals build confidence and self-esteem is at the core of the work she delivers. 

Judith has specialised in working with young adults, in both formal and informal education settings, guiding and challenging them as they make decisions about their future and navigate their way into the workplace. 

Her client list includes Theatre Directors, Designers, new graduates, people working in isolated rural settings, NHS staff and the self-employed.  

Judith is International Coaching Federation (ICF) ACC certified and accredited Level 2 Transformational Coach and is a Director of G Stephen and Company Ltd. She is currently completing her training to become a Coach Educator and Coach Mentor with Full Circle Global.
