Emma Porteous

Based in Dumfries & Galloway, I currently work with the team organising Scotland’s largest rural performing arts festival as well as running my own freelance business Porteous Creative. Originally from Edinburgh, I became passionate about the arts industry at a young age and I love working at a community grassroots level to improve access to performing arts and particularly working with young people.

Becoming a Relational Dynamics Coach in 2021 has been a great achievement personally as I believe it can be a great way to support our industry to develop together and for individuals to achieve their goals.

Free Coaching Chemistry Call:

We’ll do a half hour coaching and chemistry call so you can get to know me, I can get to know you and you can learn more about the process of coaching and see if it works for you.

Coaching:

I can offer coaching over Zoom if you don’t live in Dumfries & Galloway so that you can always access my services no matter where you are or we can arrange a face to face session if you would prefer if you live in Dumfries & Galloway. We will agree dates for your coaching sessions based on your availability and when suits your schedule. We’ll take it at your pace and you will be able to decide how many sessions works for you.

Action Learning:

I am passionate about offering Action Learning sets to the creative industries and have organised a number of successful sets in Dumfries & Galloway and across the creative sector. If you’d like to learn the process and take part in a set, please get in touch to learn more.

Cost: Depending on your situation, we can discuss what you pay for your session, however as a guide, they will roughly be anywhere between £40 -£70. I also offer a number of packages where you can save money with a package of support.
