Why coaching?

Developing a coaching culture within an organisation or as an approach to personal development has been gaining increased momentum across multiple sectors of late. Different to mentoring, a coaching style avoids giving advice but instead believes in supporting you to find your own solutions. Afterall, you are the expert in your own life.

The power of holding a dedicated space of active listening provides real opportunity for you to bring about your own solutions and own your outcomes. This process of open enquiry is built by asking non-directive and non-judgemental questions, ultimately supporting your self-directed learning.

Why me?

Being coached at critical stages in my life has enabled me to appreciate its immense value for personal and professional growth. I am now available to support you on your journey. I work with artists, organisations and cultural leaders wanting to make change through their work.

As a coach I aim to: provide a framework for your thinking; reflect back so you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself; walk alongside you, on your journey; provide boundaries and hold the space; maintain a forward looking and solution-based approach that is grounded in your reality.

I qualified in Coaching Skills for Leadership with Relational Dynamic RD1st in 2021; as a Menstruality Coach with Red School in 2022 and have completed Introduction to a Person-Centred Approach to Death and Dying with End-of-Life Doula UK in 2023. I combine these approaches to support your individual needs as they arise.
