Ch…ch…changes!

Next month Coaching for Creatives Ltd will turn 1 year old officially! It’s been a good year.

We have worked with Culture Collective and Creative Lives offering coaching programmes, we have offered coaching support to people impacted by the closure of CMI and will be supporting two people to undertake RD1st training ensuring that the coaching community is more representative of our diverse population. We even launched a fancy new website with pages for our community and projects.

We have also been learning and reflecting, consulting and listening.

Coaching for Creatives is now working towards becoming a SCIO and has support through Just Enterprise to ensure it is done properly.

As a SCIO Coaching for Creatives can access funding and support, we can work with more organisations interested in supporting our social purpose and we can start to think about supporting new programmes such as innovation, enterprise and leadership.

Coaching for Creatives will be a single-tier SCIO, governed by charities legislation and trustees have a single set of duties.

Members of Coaching for Creatives will continue as members and if anyone would like to become a Trustee please let me know by 13 March 2023. I’ll arrange a meeting with everyone who is interested and share the advice from Just Enterprise before anyone needs to commit to anything!
