Coaching Profile/Biography: Hey! I’m Jennie. I help ambitious purpose-driven creatives who feel stretched and overwhelmed craft and deliver a two-year plan through personalised coaching, mentoring and strategic sessions so that they can:
Gain clarity, confidence and motivation
Make more money to reinvest in their careers and communities
I have over 15 years of hands-on experience in the UK arts sector spending most of that time working in the UK jazz scene. For a long time, I wanted to be an actor but my journey evolved into an unexpected detour which led me to building a sustainable music charity from the ground up after a profound personal loss.
Blending creativity with pragmatism, I raised £1 million as founder and CEO of the Abram Wilson charity which I founded to inspire, connect and open doors to the music industry for minoritised young talent. During that time, I cultivated an expansive network of supporters, worked with over 200 performing artists through a career development programme and live performances, and reached over 10,000 children and young people through inspiring music education programmes.
I’m a Certified Coach with Relational Dynamics 1st and Culture at Work (ILM Level 7 Equivalent) and a member of the Association of Coaching. I have over a decade of immersion in psychotherapy, Embodiment Coaching, and Somatic Experiencing and bring a uniquely holistic perspective to supporting creatives. I’ve been mentoring since 2009 and coaching professionally since 2019.
