I am an Accredited Relational Dynamics 1st Coach. My background is in creative communications in the arts and heritage sectors. I have over 20 years experience in supporting individual artists and organisations - large, mid and small scale - to define the strategic direction of their communications and audience development.

I value coaching for its power in helping us reflect, explore new (creative) directions and re-focus. Coaching to me is like a lighthouse beacon for personal & professional development – rather than offering a predefined set of directions, coaching illuminates the surroundings, so the individual path can be seen more clearly.
