Emma Collins

I support people in the creative, arts and social impact sectors who don’t fit the mould to realise their purpose, passion and potential and find balance – all on their own terms. I also have experience in coaching leaders across the voluntary sector.

As a freelance arts consultant and producer, and former Executive Director of an arts charity, I understand the challenges you face - and how lonely that can be. Whatever is holding you back from being the amazing person (or organisation) you know you are meant to be, I can help. I'm a qualified coach with a Diploma in Transformational Coaching, an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation and trained in facilitation through the renowned Kinharvie Institute. I will support you to define your values and goals, overcome your blocks and move powerfully towards a work and personal life that feels right for you.

My one-to-one clients have defined their values and purpose, increased confidence, become better leaders, challenged imposter syndrome, perfectionism and procrastination, and created more balanced, joyful, impactful lives.

I also love working with groups and teams. From supporting small groups through action learning sets, business planning tools and fun, creative bespoke workshops, to large sessions using tools like world café, I bring diverse groups together to learn from each other, effectively plan together and become more than the sum of their parts.

Finally, I offer group training including popular course "Overcoming Imposter Syndrome".

With non-judgemental warmth and humour, I will challenge your assumptions and support you to unpick and rewrite the stories about yourself that aren’t true or no longer serve you. I will help you get clarity and confidence about who you really are, what you most want and how to get there. I have a background in storytelling and frequently use narrative in my sessions as I believe this underpins our understanding of the world.
