Coaching Profile/Biography: I have over fifteen years of experience working in arts project management, event production and strategic development in the UK and internationally. My experiences have given me an understanding of the challenges of working in different art forms from visual art and theatre to the film and music industry. I know about starting over and taking risks. I know the power of transformational coaching having benefitted from it myself. 

As a coach, l will create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your own personal and professional development. I am a thinking partner who will always be on your side and gently challenge you. My key values are fun, authenticity, acceptance and growth.

I am passionate about working with creatives to support you in building your confidence, overcoming anxiety, reclaiming your joy, improving your relationships, banishing your inner critic, setting and reaching your goals, finding out what you really want in life and how to get it.

Your first session is free so we can establish a productive working relationship. Thereafter I will use a range of coaching models and exercises to best serve you.

I undertake regular supervision with a qualified mentor.
