ABOUT THIS PILOT
2020 has been a year of extraordinary change and upheaval on a global scale which has both exposed and severely impacted the cultural sector. While working with uncertainty has always been a given for cultural leaders, the last 12 months have tested our collective resilience to the full.
In September, a group of Clore Leadership Fellows in Scotland came together to consider how they could help. This pilot project is a first step.
With support from Creative Scotland and Clore Leadership the Coaching for Creatives pilot will run from January – September 2021. It has three aims:
WHO IS BEHIND COACHING FOR CREATIVES?
The Coaching for Creatives research pilot is funded by Creative Scotland, in partnership with Clore Leadership.
The pilot is being led by Creative Scotland Clore Fellows Jeanie Scott (Culture Radar) and Lindsay Dunbar (Cultural Crofter.)
